A. Dear mum, to increase your baby’s immunity, give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates to baby’s diet. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed.
