A 7 month pregnant lady can have balanced diet
Include fruits like apple, banana, orange, watermelon in the diet
Vegetable should be 3-4 servings in daily diet
Include soaked dry fruits in daily routine
Reduce excess intake of sugar, salt, fried food, chips, sweets
Have small and frequent meals
If the placenta is not low lying or doc has not adviced bed rest the pregnant lady can walk for 20 mins twice a day
Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hello Mom pregnant ladies can meet anything which are easy to digest in order to avoid gastric issues and you can eat Bible rich foods calcium rich foods fresh fruits vegetables boiled food all the things are good for your health but otherwise don't eat any 10 which will cause hotness in your body also at the same time exercises you should do only based on your doctor suggested
