ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. usually after two years. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

Its completely going to be your phone as and when you are physically and mentally ready to have another child you can easily maintain a gap of one year or two years depending as to when your body is ready for it and how quickly do you want to plan for your second Jan I did you are and a half to two years to three years to go for
