U See all these things mostly are going to work around to sleep and making a pattern of the child so you just have to start setting that if that I said properly over the period it will be easier for you to manage things so give three proper meals breakfast lunch and dinner fruits and other times you can give milk and you can plan it according to the sleep and waking up hours of the time
