#askthedoctor my daughter is having rashes under her neck, on one of her eyelids and on the backside of one leg. it's been 3 months she is having these but no itching. we consulted many doctors, they r giving ointments and creams, but while applying those rashes disappear .when we stop applying ointment, again rashes appear under neck
