#askthedoctor my baby do loo after 3-4 days , what's the natural way to make him do it regularly

A. Hi, you can include banana in every day morning snacks. Give fibre rich food more. After feeding anything give a gap of 10 minutes and give a glass of lukewarm water to drink. Follow this for a week or a couple of weeks you can see the result. Avoid wheat and Maida product for a couple of days.
