RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yes You cannot put Kajal into the eyes of the child it is going to block the tear duct which is why the Dr is completely say no to use it if you want to put it like a tikka then it is okay you know on the forehead or something but not in the eyes
