If you are breastfeeding mother and if you had a C-section then you obviously cannot go for a dieting as of now because your breast feeding and C-sections to just take about 8 to 9 months to heal and if you had a normal delivery then you can go for hard-core workout but dieting you can only start once you quit breastfeeding and also you can go for intermittent fasting then for a better or weight lossWrite Your Answer Here
