ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. a 4.5 year old child will have all the 20 milk teeth visit a dentist for a routine dental examination make sure to brish twice daily using a pea size of kids age appropriate toothpaste

It should be a full set of 20 teeth by now mostly because after the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years kids start to have been built it fall also so I think by this age kids get an entire sheet of 20 teeth by this age of four years :: For rest if you want to know anything you can consult your doctor
