#askthe expert Hello My lo has done potty of green tan and yellow combination . Is it normal or something to worry Thanks in advance

A. Thanks for the prompt response . she does motion every 4th day and is on mix feed ( 2 times formula).

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she is having green yellow coloured potty so don’t worry it’s very normal upto 45/60 days of life as enzymes deficiency

A. Green coloured Motions are normally seen in babies and commonly it may be due to less feed intake , or formula milk feeding. if the baby is passing motion frequently in a day and the colour of the motion is ranging from light yellow to dark green or brown it may be considered as normal in such a case only frequent feeding and exclusive breastfeeding is suggested. If it is associated with mucous, are watery and have bad smell then there siscould be some infection, also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .
