#AskThe Expert hello dr this question is for my niece she never eat properly n doesnt chew food she chew other things like chocolate chips etc she is underweight n looks small as she is 3 yrs old

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mam As she is not chewing her food that is one of the reason that she is not able to get proper nutrition and that is why her growth might be slow as the habit makes a lot of difference.
so you have to teach her in a Playway method to chew her food properly ,give her some finger foods, try to have family meals whenever possible as a kid will learn through observing others a lot
