so take proper rest and diet
after six months completion you can start walk and dieting as well.
wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Check with your doctor for advice on when you can start exercising.
