As the skin is dry, do not apply soap on the skin. It can further dry the skin..
Use body wash for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhug milky wash.
After giving bath apply body lotion. This will help to moisturise the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief to baby from itching and dryness
