#AskMy Hye, I am mother of 3 yo baby boy he starts having under eye bags, like little swelling under outer corner of eyes near to the cheek bone. I want to know is it due to watching TV or mobile or it is something else.. Actually last year in Dec I diagnosed with HYPOTHYROIDISM and same thing happens to me, that time I was feeding him, so it can be due to my breast milk or anything else.
