A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and in that pattern only the weight gain will be present It also depends upon the diet the child is taking so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child it is important that if the child is play full do not worry much about it

U First consult a child specialist because you don’t need to know why your child is so much on the weight if your child is eating properly start with all necessary supplements for the child like zinc multivitamin iron and calcium and also the specialist will be able to tell you if the body is supporting the food properly digesting the food properly because that’s one reason for a child to be underweight if the body is not registering food property
