#askexperts now my baby is 1, I am 64kg with 5’3. Please suggest something for reducing weight

A. Hello mom you need be very mindful as to what you consume , and avoid sugary , refined and processed foods and heavy meals after late evening. Do some physical exercise for atleast 30 to 45 mins daily be it brisk walking , yoga , dance workouts etc
