#askexperts I’m not loosing my weight though I’m breast feeding n having control on my diet

A. Hello mom Now your baby is 11 months old so you should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
