Q.
#askexperts I m facing extreme hair fall issue . My son is 9 months old and I give my feed to him . I hair we’re not so heavy earlier also but know hair fall is the main issue . Please suggest something to stop hair fall.

Don't use RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food ,
Take sunbath daily
Walk more
Take more curd , baajra and citrus fruits
