Q.

#askexperts . I have not got my chums yet and it has been delayed by 5 days. in the 30 days cycle, I had spotting on the 10,13,14 day of my last chum. It wasn't a regular period, but just some flow. Do I need to show up to gynaec or wait for chums ?

A. well yiu netter see a doctor or het a full check up as this looks like a hormones ussue try to lose extra weight as that will help a lot ok
