#askexperts i am a mother of two kids little one is four month old only i had normal delievery but i have too much hairfall with discolouration please suggest me treatment for my problem!?

Hello,it's normal problem in new mother's and to control this problem you can start having iron and protein rich diet and include all green leafy seasonal vegetables and also apply coconut oil and do warm oil massage twice or thrice in a week and take proper sleep and rest and avoid tension.
