Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Add more iron rich foods into your daily diet. Be gentle while combining your hair. Use milk shampoos for hair wash. Do not use hot water to your hair. Do not use hair dryers. Use essential hair oil and massage onto your scalp on daily basis. Take head bath twice or thirce in a week.
