ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. massage with coconut oil or almond oil twice or thrice a day. you can also use bio oil or mama earth anti stretch marks cream regularly for desired results.. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Try using a good stretch marks cream. Also massage with coconut oil daily. Have plenty of liquids. Stretch marks can be lighten to a great extent but can't be removed completely. Consult cosmetologist for advance treatment like laser etc.
