To increase weight of the baby include fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, eggs, chicken, fish, ghee, milk shakes with dry fruits, rice water and 500-600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy, home cooked snacks. Keep him well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
