A. Keep yourself hydrated atleast 2.5 ltr to 3 ltr of water exercise regularly add enough protein milk and milk products, nuts seeds, whole grins, dal , non veg sources of protein sleep well

A. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mild shampoo. or use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakai powder for it. take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day avoid drinkingRO water maintain good hygiene.
