Hello ma’am Start working out as that’s the only best alternative you have so at least start with brisk walk twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening after dinner for at least 45 minutes put the times. Apart from that take a proper diet from a dietician so that you can lose down your weight in a proportionate manner with time
