To reduce it, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage scalp with coconut or olive or almond oil once a week and wash with mild shampoo. Do not use heat or chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.

please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take fresh fruit like amla, strawberry, pomegranate etc more.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid taking RO water.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd, apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
stay stress free.
