#askdoctors what should be a well balanced diet for growing kids in these tough times so that they not have to face the immunity issue later like we are facing.

A. hi well balanced diet comprises of all the food groups prefer complex carbohydrates over simple good protiens sources variety of vegetables and fresh fruits hydrate yourself well use whole spices while preparing meals

A. hi it is best to prefer homemade food. healthy and well blanaced diet means,offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc. keep your child well hydrated. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene
