See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

Oiling Is the best and the most traditional method that we work upon so which ever oil you are using just warm it a little and then you apply it into the scalp of the child because rather than using a cold or regular temperature oil a warm oil is always better to be used
