A. Hello For losing weight, you need to keep patience & follow healthy diet , exercise for minimum 6 to 8 months try to 1. Avoid sugar. sweets fried foods 2. Include dal, Sprout, curd, skim milk, egg whites, Vegetables salads , fruits daily 3. exercise daily
