if you are asking for yourself then to reduce your weight ,here I suggest some tips, hope it help:
1.start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
2.walk , walk and walk.
3.don't use vehicle for short distance.
4.eat couple of bites less than usual.
5.take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
6.avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
7.increase your fluid intake .
