A. ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Try yoga.. Start with small pranayams and so kapalbhati regularly.

A. hi if you are asking for yourself then to reduce your weight ,here I suggest some tips, hope it help: 1.start to do exercises or yoga regularly. 2.walk , walk and walk. 3.don't use vehicle for short distance. 4.eat couple of bites less than usual. 5.take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. 6.avoid taking processed oily spicy food. 7.increase your fluid intake .
