A. hi try to give good proteins along with calories milkshakes lassi sheera paneer parathas soya or egg or chicken or chole or tofu rice mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee

A. hello mom child should be healthy not chubby moreover if your child is active and healthy and playful and having his food properly on the regular intervals and achieving all the milestones properly then there is nothing to worry about at all
