hair growth mostly depends on genetic , environment and diet.
so it is important to take healthy food.
avoid drinking RO water as it can cause nutritional deficiency and there fore you can get hair fall.
apply Coconut oil which promotes healthy hair growth.
you can use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder which will definitely help in this.
stay stress free.
