See If you prepared breakfast at your home like poha or Upma or anything which is light and easy for breakfast you give the similar thing to the child and for lunch you should give Dal rice mostly that’s the best food to go for dinner Roti sabji and whatever other Vegetable you are preparing for the child so just try to give the similar kind of food that is being prepared every day at home
