Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if there is no other problem like fever vomiting you should not worry but if this continues then you can get a stool test done for your child and contact your doctor about this

Sir You should immediately be getting it checked with your doctor probably your child may be having some infection which is why there is too much bad smell or maybe your child’s stomach is upset in this case you will definitely need to consult your doctor
