#askdoctors my daughter's milk teeth haven't broken down yet but a new tooth has already started growing behind the lower center tooth. what should I do for this?

A. Hi you should immediately consult with Pediatric Dentist for removal of the milk teeth..as milk teeth have not fallen and permanent teeth are erupting behind the milk teeth it will cause malalignment of the teeth.
