ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. Massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give clean cold silicone teethers to chew on them. start brushing your child's teeth as soon as the first tooth erupts in your child's mouth.

Clean The gums with a software o’clock I think your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening so you can keep doing that and apart from that if needed you can start giving finger food and teeth to the child to settle down the irritation and itchiness in the gums
