Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Make a smooth paste of 2 tbsps of fresh mint, 2 tbsps of plain yoghurt, 2 tbsps of oatmeal using a blender. Apply this paste on the skin and leave for 10 mins. Rinse using cold water. Eat more of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and minimally processed grains. Drink freshly squeezed juices. Let your kid drink plenty of water. Eat oatmeal, brown rice and quinoa.

Use non toxic aloe Vera gel which can moisturise the skin, unclog pores, and get rid of dust, dirt and excess oil, thus balancing your kid's skin's pH. Apply it using a skin brush and let it sit for 15-20 mins and then rinse with cold water and pat dry.
