#askdoctors My 7year kid is getting more involved in mobile since this online sessions of school has started,how can I minimize his screen time?

U First of all try to take classes on laptop not on tab laptop is the best option to go for and after that do not give any screen time to the child because you tell your child that you are already having too much screen time because of your classes online so no more screen time maximum you can watch television for sometime but no mobile or screen time you have to be strict and say no to the child otherwise it’s going to be disaster
