It is better that you consult a dermatologist in person and get evaluated to see if it is any matter of worry

Apply nmfe Vitamin E cream on to the skin of your child it is a very good cream for sensitive and dry skin so you can definitely apply it 2 to 3 times in a day on regular basis you will definitely see good results otherwise if you are disappointed then you should consult a dermatologist ones
