#askdoctors hui Jst wanna ask that ruhanikaa getting fat day by day even she so t have much junk food and all she only eat healthy food mostly fruits and her stomuch is too much getting bigger is there any problem or nothing to worry

A. Hi At this age, children require vigorous physical activity like football, cycling, skipping, jumping. playing outdoors Make sure to engage her in an outdoor activities daily also stop sugar, sweets, fried foods bakery foods biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks daily for the child.
