Hi parent If there is a lump on the spot of vaccination , she cnanbe givn a cool pack (i.e. ice cube wrapped in cooton cloth) twice a day very gently if she has fever after vaccination, paracetamol drops cnanbe administered as per her weight and age but not more than thrice a day
