it happens because of many reasons like because of iron supplements , nutritional deficiency, cavities etc
please brush your child teeth twice in a day with low flouride toothpaste.
avoid giving sticky and sugary food.
keep your child well hydrated
clean your child teeth after giving iron medicines.
Maintain good hygiene.
