U I have two options actually if you want you can go for an allopathic medication which your child will have before travelling to your child will not vomit the other could be a homoeopathy course of medication and third one would be to keep a candy inside the mouth most of the times like an orange candy or lemon candy whatever flavoured candy or Die likely that also avoid so
