Hello Doctor, My daughter has motion sickness. She vomits when ever we travel by car. Please sugest what can we do to avoid this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is suffering from motion sickness problem you can give syrup zofer 5 ml before travelling to the child and it can be repeated again after 4 to 5 hours if required

Hello ma’am You can consult your doctor for a medicine because though there are medicines for motion sickness and if your child has a medicine before you start travelling then I am sure your child will not have any kind of vomiting or any discomfort or anxiety during travelling. Apart from that if you want to you can keep that orange candy into your child’s mouth while you are travelling as that also helps a lot
