for Healthy growth of child, please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
give Massage to your child daily
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
