A. try to keep up.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. hi for Healthy growth of child ,give food which are full of iron, calcium, vitamin, minerals etc. so give green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits , different nuts ,seeds , grains etc.
