A. do some exercise daily. avoid oily and packed food. have fresh fruit and vegetables daily. eat protein rich diet. stay hydrated take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly for good immunity

A. in order to be able to stay fit and healthy it is important that we make sure that we are consuming a healthy diet avoid having unnecessary junk food try to do yoga everyday in the morning
