ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its quite common.try to feed.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

No need to worry
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables protein
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
