#askdoctors hello doctor "my query regarding breastfeeding" how to stop breastfeeding ?my baby is now two years and one month old already.

Great Great job on breast feeding so long.
To stop breast feeding go step by step. Try to give bottled milk to the baby when the baby is extremely sleepy and hungry. Babies are more prone to accept it at that time. Do this for only one time meal for 1 to 2 weeks. Once the baby accepts this, then proceed with with 2 meals and so on. Also try to give nipple in baby's mouth when baby is not feeding.
