simply add proteins in their meals , add a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits, nuts powder in milk
avoid packaged foods

if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
just offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
